Yes, but if you have HDMI input on your computer, you could just record using OBS.

Yes, you can use the Elgato to record almost any video/audio input you could think of as long as you have the game capture device connected properly and have the software settings matching that of your video/audio input.

Does it work for PC gamers also? Such as if we play Left 4 Dead 2, would we be able to capture the video and audio and upload it? Thanks!
